The only thing he mentioned that I don't do is Craigslist.I'm a bit opposite of @Michael Greenberg in that I use VRBO as primary and AirBNB as secondary.I find that the 'planners' and families use VRBO (Homeaway) and the last minute travelers/millenials are using AirBNB.
