When a lead has told me no multiple times then it's time for marketing to drum that interest back up when they are ready but that's just my opinion.

The law is tighter than a gnats butt stretched across a 55 gallon drum!

I'm new here, but I'm also military (army vet) and when I moved to Rucker I bought there, then stationed at drum and kept the place in rucker and rented it out to other pilots who were moving there for a year or 2 at a time for training.  

Also would like to use our Roofing and Construction company to drum up more work with fellow investors/flippers etc so everybody wins. 3. 🤪 A fun fact about yourselfI fast everyday untill around 1-2pm

Are there other methods to drum up interest to get this property sold?

I was the only there I thought and it scared me so bad I couldn't move for at least 5 min because I didn't know if I was hurt or not with my ears ringing so bad I thought it blew my ear drum.

One of my internal challenges is I have a hard time beating the drum and ringing the bell and singing my success  in order to attract private money lenders.

REMEMBER, so many pound the drum of how great MFH is BECAUSE of the amplification affect from it being many units in 1, guess what, that sword cut's booth ways!

Purchased in 1978 and used until around 2013 when the drum literally wore out and started leaking and "Old Bessie" had to be retired.
