I got a mailer recently from a company (that I don't want to be accused of promoting) which offers to give you an equity loan with zero percent interest and no monthly payments.

Then the deluge began from the ex-GF with all manner of accusations: abuse, drugs etc etc.

You name it, you can be accused of it.

It was a red flag for me to be sure and my father and I felt a bit offended by the accusations.

I mean come on, you are hardly going to be called as the star witness...

But unprofessional, uncalled for, and untrue accusations aside ...I have already *agreed with you* about the benefits of fully over funding a policy. 

Sell, no.You take the equity and buy another property w it.

Show up early on moving day with a witness and reiterate that it is time to leave.

I'm not accusing anybody of that going on nor have any evidence of such.
