Tenant Suspected of Using Drugs

I recently signed a lease with my first tenant. We did a walk through of the place, he loved it and everything seemed great. I did a background check on them and everything checked out. I got a phone call today from a friend of the tenant stating they know the tenant is using drugs. I have it in my lease that drug use is prohibited. I don’t want to call the guy and ask based off a tip from a random person. For all I know the person could just be upset with my tenant and trying to retaliate. How would I handle this in the chance that he is using?

Yeah You better believe everything this stranger told you ! I’d have him receive a full anal cavity search and prepare to call the national guard
