Still stupid legislation, but I think some of us are going to actually benefit from it.

Especially with the new legislation in NY you have to take into account a possible length and costly eviction.The prices on HUBZU are not great and IMO I feel there is bidding done by them in order to get the prices up to reserve price.

@Marco Lopez I am not sure if you have been following texas legislation regarding property taxes but it seems that we are getting a bit of relief in the short term and hopefully long term.

What is holding me back right now is1) Uncertainly that involves building and managing a team out of state. 2) My limited knowledge on real estate investing3) Which city should I be focusing on in my BRRRR endeavor?
