Hubzu.....Anyone use it??

I recently been going on Hubzu to find deals.  Has anyone used it?  If so, please let me know what do’s & dont’s you have using this site.  Any useful information regarding this site...

    Just a word of caution. Most listings on Hubzu are occupied( mostly with squatters or tenants/owners who refuse to leave). Especially with the new legislation in NY you have to take into account a possible length and costly eviction.

    The prices on HUBZU are not great and IMO I feel there is bidding done by them in order to get the prices up to reserve price. 

    I have seen the same "people" place one bid, usually the first bid right up to reserve then never place another bid on that property.  Then they go to the next and do it again.
