Some are tight and walk a straight and narrow line, and others think more creatively, outside the box.

However, my schedule is tight during the week with how early I can get home since I work in SF and I have not found a group that meets on the weekend.

This is where you write up something on paper which states that they did damage to the unit excessive of normal wear and tear, and you write down exactly what needs to be done with an estimate and a payment plan option or deadline.

If B - then the 60-day rollover is OK, as long as you carefully watch the 60-day deadline.

Or should I ask that the current deadlines be honored and get an answer or reply by Friday.  

They just don't happen that often when documentation is tight and a good QI with standing is used.  

I am testing out Wrike to create deliverable topics/items, critical timelines and assign tasks & deadlines, etc. 

My accountant has saved me hundreds of thousands of dollars over the past 25 years and has been able to keep me out of any audits and grief that the IRS can give you unless you keep your records tight  and follow the rules.
