So I have a SFH home that I leased to 3 adults in one family (mom, dad, adult son), the lease was up in March and I sent them a renewal, but, even though they said they wanted to stay, since covid hit we could not get together to sign the renewal.Rent has been paid and no concerns on either side has been voiced, but we found out last night that mom and dad have split up and one is in NY and the other is in FL and the only person living there is the adult son.The signed lease states:I know GA states landlord is to give 60 day, but does anyone have any experience getting it done sooner with the majority of tenants already gone and a signed lease stating either party can give a 30 day notice?

Here is what we are thinking:Nest Hello Video DoorbellNest x Yale DeadboltNest E Thermostatand a Nest Hub touchscreen mounted on the wall.Everything would play nice together and be easily controlled through the users phone, voice (Google Assistant), or the hub on the wall.

Her son/grandson is even the voice on her voicemail.

When writing your blog, start by finding your voice in order to show that you are unique and set apart from other syndicators who publish blogs.Brainstorm Topics and ContentFinding topics that appeal to passive investors is crucial to having a successful blog, as well as one that people look forward to reading.

So, to ask somebody who only knows your voice on the phone to do all this (assuming my case described here) is a little iffy.Furthermore, for a commission in the $120k range, I'm certainly not doing all that work. 

Hence, this isn't entirely his ideas, but is intended to be the voice of a community of people.)

I voiced my concern about bringing people over for no reason.

I'll throw that out as as suggestion for their team, but since you've got a lot on their system I suspect your voice may hold more weight.
