I'm not yet a BP Pro members so I'm using the app as a substitute for BP's calculators that you have to be a Pro to use.If you find a good deal I'd recommend spending a little time putting the major numbers and figures into a powerpoint that you can present or print to provide to potential partners, lenders, etc

Now it takes more time to do it this way but half of my offers get accepted because I know what they want and what they need.Remember quantity is a poor substitute for quality.
