You might need an extra expensive circuit breaker master panel, subpanels, and obviously a lot of wire routing.

There was paneling on the inside of the shed so we didn't notice the wasps until we started to knock it down... not good!

After the ADU was built I was able to refi and pull out 80% with a traditional loan and another 10% with a HELOC , and was able to pull out everything except the original down payment (60K) but it was well worth it because of the tremendous cash flow I have on the property.The main house rents for $3700/Month the ADU sections are renting at $1,800 per unit including utilities(there are 3) so the property is grossing $9,100. total utilities, water , gas & gardener expenses are $400 per month (I have Solar on the property , so no electrical bill).

This is a custom design, with demo work removing paneling and two old tubs, laying backerboard, and installing the tiles from there.

Typically, an electrician would replace the breaker with the panel/bus live.

There are a couple of ways to tell but the easiest way is to go into your computer's control panel and sort the list of programs by date having the most recent programs installed on the top then look at the dates to see if anything new was installed on your computer.
