If the population is shrinking than vacancy rates can get pretty high.

The mortgage industry is shrinking like steam on high right now with call centers and shops closing.

The overall housing market will simply shrink as a percentage of GDP as both the number of buyers and sellers are reduced.

If the category you want has sub-categories, then you have to hover over the category until the subs pop up, move to right column and then scroll up/down to see all the subs.Very frustrating/confusing design, but it does work without having to shrink your screen.
