Yes leave it to Wall Street to bring "efficiency" and economies of scale. How many houses at 3% return before Capex do you need to support corporate overhead and your corporate CEO, CFO,etc. I'll provide more of my thoughts later but my question is what happens now that these guys will essentially be forced to sell out?
