I think either would be fine, but would definitely stay away from Winter (October through February for sure).if you wanted to switch your leasing months you could do month to month for a while until March or April rolls around, then look for a year long lease!

Seems silly not to have a regular maintenance item rolled into your monthly fee.Maybe they just discovered for the first time that it needed to be done and wanted to do it ASAP due to the fire hazard.It's a good issue to raise at the budget meetings.Bob

You are correct, if your intention is not to continue with your side self-employment business activity then Solo 401k would not be the best choice for you as you would have to terminate the plan if the plan sponsor ceases to exist.While self-directed IRA LLC does not have all of the advantages of the truly self-directed Solo 401k it would be your option if you wish to have checkbook control over your retirement moneys.

So my first thought is well if you dont sell now it will only be a bigger nightmare, we need to get the ball rolling since we have already lost alot of time, we need to get the application into the HOA ASAP while we extend the closing date.

(the attorney stated in his letter that I should reply directly to the tenant and not go through the attorney) My goal is to avoid a lawsuit, but I don't want to just roll over and pay all of these fees myself.Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated.Thanks!
