There could be a few reasons why social media posts may not be bringing in clients:- Not targeting the right audience - If your target customer persona doesn't align with who is actually seeing your posts, that could explain the lack of engagement and conversions.

I don't have any experience at buying condos but I would say go for it if it's priced right.Depending on what state your in, you should be able to find a student or a single person as a renter.If there's a college near, I suggest posting some flyers around campus.

Forcing one person (a landlord) to bear the cost of housing as a right (rent control) is wrong also.

You gather all the pertinent information you require to screen and in the end if there is a reason you do not want the person as a tenant you simply notify them that their application has not been accepted.

Danny consistency is the KEY.Results and success are not based on only WHEN you want to do something.It would be better for you to contact 1 person a day over a year then to contact 50 people go another month and contact 30 etc.If you are consistent and have a sound business plan the results will follow.What most potential clients want is not "dazzling" and "smoke and mirrors".

The worst part of it is all the "experts" and influencers and realtors and lenders and established personas that were screaming "buy buy buy" 8 months ago when things were starting to look sour that are now saying "boy I hope people didn't buy at the top, that was stupid!".
