Properties near by are going for a lot more

I had an eye on the property for a while as we were doing other buildings near by.

Thankfully my job only requires I be physically in the office infrequently, so I could owner-occupy for a year  in "nearby" areas (Modesto, Stockton, Sacramento, etc)... but it is still a major course correction. 

Are there any registered sex offenders nearby? 

Hello BF friends, I am very "itchy" to invest out of state , nearby ( Rhode Island).

If not look at comparable houses that have sold recently, near by to get a better idea.

Adding to Rich's thoughts, you should consider mystery shopping similar, nearby properties to strengthen you comps inlcuding viability of RUBS or calling if visit not reasonable.  

This park is fairly small so either you will need to manage it or have a part-time manager nearby to handle issues when they inevitably arise.
