The selling agent apologized and indicated it was a misunderstanding - the sellers simply didn't know we wanted the items and therefore got rid of them.Unfortunately, our agent did not put this into the contract nor did he draft a bill of sale.

Our contract is 14 pages long - because we try to thoroughly spell eveything out, so there is minimul misunderstandings.- But then of course, we lose potential clients who complain that our contract is too long and they do with a competitor who eventually screws them.
