Certain cleaning chemicals should not go down the drain and I let them know they should be looking for chemicals marked septic safe.

So, our tenant killed one on her pillow and yes, it was a bedbug.Then, they sprayed her unit with a chemical and it took care of the problem, because she called us right away.  

Chemical Bank is one I've used. 

They look kind of like rust or some sort of chemical.

Personally I don't find extermination as a wholesome approach there are more environment friendly or chemical free ways to handle uninvited insects such as diatomaceous earth or boraxAppreciate your inputs

Trust me, they used much harsher terms :-)  He was known for being really litigious. 

I personally don't use a lot of chemicals around my children & would hate for a tenant's family to be adversely affected by my pest control.

There is also a stable blue collar work force with the refineries, chemical plants, and a port.

Resident shall only use a plunger to attempt to fix a slow or stopped drain, and shall not pour chemical or other drain cleaners into any stopped or slow drains.
