This ended up being extremely helpful for me later as an investor for two reasons:1) I learned how to fix every type of maintenance issue on the planet and til this day, very rarely, if ever do I need to hire anyone to fix anything on my properties. 2) Oddly enough the bulk of my customers were landlords!
