Asbestos is a little damaged along the bottom of the house but i didnt think the rest of it was too damaged, and i read that nails associated with installing vinyl over it disturbs the asbestos.any cheap solutions?

It is useful because they can look it up the comps but it is disturbing if you can feel the intimidation from them, so they only want you to closed the sales without helping for your best interest.

How about calling the police for trespassing and disturbing the peace. 

You don't want to disturb the soil around old clay pipes unless you understand what your doing.A camera will tell you if its iron or clay and the condition of the pipe.

Also, many of the properties that I have seen in my area on auction.com are occupied, and they do not allow (legally) you to disturb the "tenant" to inspect the property. 

., then the Hubzu listing probably says do not disturb occupants and a showing prior to purchase will not be possible.If you win the bid, you will be responsible to remove the tenants which can be an ordeal.

I have to evict tenant in ny.This tenant broke her lease by not getting rid of dog after i requested it because of disturbing next door tenants ex:barking all the time,leaves dog outside in backyard tied up which in lease is not allowed and so on.

For you, it could violate an indoors smoking rule in lease or policy, or the violate no laws provisions, or even a damaging property provision, or simply disturbing others.
