Eviction in NY
I have to evict tenant in ny.This tenant broke her lease by not getting rid of dog after i requested it because of disturbing next door tenants ex:barking all the time, leaves dog outside in backyard tied up which in lease is not allowed and so on. I need to get inside to do repairs on kit ceiling that i think water is coming in but tenant has refused.I have gave her notice 48hrs,can i just enter to do repairs as damage could happen from water infultration? Also must i allow her to still park on my property,i know i cant move her out myself without getting eviction but can i deny her parking ?
