I appreciate the sophistication of the darker cabinets but here in Florida folks prefer lighter cabinets...some coastal cottages actually chalk paint (for example Amy Howard line at Ace - can paint without sanding ) the cabinets greens and turquoise...of course not for everyone but works here 

And Sly Fox at HD is a great shade of red for front door.

This will allow product and color finishing to be the same otherwise it will be a shade off or custom color.

I don’t go with darker vinyl for the reason that most scratches show up white.

I used a darker color and light colored hair and other stuff shows up on it quite easily.

The other one did a little shading on rehab costs/values, but nothing crazy, and was a straight shooter from day one that he was a wholesaler and we'd be doing a double close. 

Make sure you maximize your view when marketing...a few bucks for a professional photographer to come in, especially at the right time (early sunset, the less attractive view of dirt/etc will be darker and overshadowed by the sun going down on the Pacific) will go a LONG way.

If it's a darker color I would go with granite.I usually put granite in my $250k+ rentals and have not had any issues.
