I've talked to a number of random strangers around the Columbus area and even having dinner with one, tonight, that I just met at a Panera near Grandview / German Village this morning, during breakfast. 

I am having breakfast tomorrow with a client who does large apartment deals to see if there are opportunities to invest in one or mote of their deals. 

Usually weight lifting, but in the summer i enjoy jogging as well.545-620  Shower, get ready for work.620-640  microwave a breakfast sandwich, warm up my truck.. head to work by 640....It's routine.

Last year I teamed up with my longtime buddy and purchased a 4 bedroom (single family detach) house near campus while we are finishing up our degrees.We use 2 bedrooms for quiet living/study, and offer the other 2 furnished for temporary bed & breakfast stays.

There is a weekly breakfast meeting (no need to buy a breakfast) in Philadelphia.

Would love to have breakfast (on me) with someone around any of the topics above. 

They also have monthly get togethers in Saint Augustine for breakfast and another for lunch at Whiteys Fish Camp in Orange Park.

in San Jose.. we called them hobo's then.. they pretty much jumped trains .. but my dad in a day before direct mail marketing.. did door hangers.. so we would go down to the Y and pick up the hobos that were kicked out after breakfast and pay them 10 to 20 dollar cash to walk the streets handing out my dads real estate flyers..
