Air hockey or foosball in the same room as the tv or someone playing games or someone doing schoolwork or reading is not good. 

There is cable tv in every room, washer/dryer, wifi, and a full kitchen. 

Most counties will be using web based user friendly parcel viewers.

We brought the common wall with the adjoining unit (along the kitchen and bathroom) up to current fire code (on this side):Due to our proximity to the property line and the neighbouring building, we also covered the rear external wall with resilient channel and 5/8" fire rated drywall to allow us to use vinyl siding, versus more expensive non-combustable siding solutions, when we re-clad the building.In addition to using rock wool (Roxul Safe-n-Sound) insulation in our fire walls, we installed it in all bathroom walls, the bathroom ceiling and in the "TV wall" and walls and ceiling surrounding the laundry space to provide sound deadening.

Ours is set up as 16 individual furnished rooms with their own private baths.  8 rooms on each floor share a common fully equipped kitchen, TV area, sitting area, dining area and 2 laundry rooms on each end.

I've been thinking about buying some of those t.v. lights as well, they plug into a wall outlet and from the outside make it look like there is a tv on.

Fast forward to today with the popularity of house flipping TV shows and tons of new investors hitting the scene, it seems like I am reading that the number is more like 1 in 50 now.I think it just comes down to being a numbers game and submitting as many offers as you can.
