Hello BP,I'm in contract on a nice little rental house that has some great potential, there is just one catch.The existing tenants (very nice people) are an elderly couple (75+), on a fixed income, have a laundry list of health issues, and have a ton of stuff in the house, not hoarders but more stuff than 2 people should have.

The area around the north campus Wash U is a little sketchy.

They made a club out of it so you can go there and see your friend's Ferrari, or have your car wash b4 you fly in from you  business trip.

We are planning the retrofit of a larger complex and I am contemplating providing WiFi coverage (with a separate (virtual) SSID per unit) throughout the buildings to cut down on the interference ... it would also allow a tenant to stay connected to their own network even if they were in the laundry.

In reality one year there is nothing and the next year something major, so it washes out.

White vinegar evaporating in a pan and/or used to wash surfaces will help to eliminate smoke odors.4.
