I look at Zillow, real estate, and Keller Williams app but majority of what I find is priced to high to be able to do all the repairs the property needs.

That way, you'd ultimately be your own boss, and I know that with Keller Williams, they did offer insurance.

Up to that point, my guess is you are working the same types of jobs most college kids find in order to help pay for college and/or earn spending money.My further guess is that any worthwhile apprenticeship program will be with a larger brokerage (think ReMax, Coldwell Banker, Keller-Williams, Bershire-Hathaway), either residential or commercial, but will get your foot in the door to further your career once you graduate.
