What many fail to recognize is the media and their source of information continues to feed this fallacy (mostly because they charge you to be a part of the community) and it will not end well for many.

I build tiny cabins near Houston and do STRs but I am in the process of building a tiny home LTR community in the future.

Also they remove the need for a chimney and individual water heaters since the exhaust is essentially moisture. our HVAC does most of their work in the city if you want contact info- He's installed 3 for us just this last year lol In basic terms It would involve:-Permits / approval-Additional Meters X 3 (all thru UGI, they coordinate with contractor)-3 additional units to accommodate each apartment.

For example in Reno, NV the apartment vacancy rate is less than 3% and in ATX I've seen apartment vacancy numbers over 10%. 

hello, I am under contract for an apartment building, and I will be using seller financing, and this is my first time doing that.can anyone offer any advice on things to look out for or special provisions to put in the contract or to avoid in a seller finance deal?
