Property Insurance Recommendations for rental property in Sacramento California

Hi everyone,

I'm struggling to find property insurance that can cover my property in sacramento california area. I had one claim earlier due to this getting rejected to cover the property. Any recommendations for reliable companies would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I know a great insurance guy that covers Bay Area, Sac, and Reno NV. He can deal with odd/unusual situations very well.
