As to RE guru books, they are there to sell, not really teach, although some have good info, many have way too much hipe and are simply inaccurate.As Josh mentioned, read the forums and get an idea of what you are interested in.Then, I suggest you go to a college book store and get some text books!

I took this book out to try and see if I could pick up a tip or two before trying to write direct mail, and I'm returning it and going straight to the bookstore to buy my own copy.
