Hello everyone! I am new to this forum & the is the first one I have joined in regards to real estate. I live in Corpus Christi, TX & I am a helicopter engine mechanic for the Corpus Christi Army Depot. I don't know much about investing in real estate but hope to learn as much as possible. I still live in a apartment but I did buy a small 1 bedroom, 1 bath town home back in 2004 that is my rental property. I didn't know anything back then & feel like I paid to much for it. It does keep rented but it is only paying itself off. I guess it could be worse.
