We are in Seattle area. $2700 for a 3 bed is lower than the market. 

But the issue with that is we are still 1.5 hours from the nearest major airport.

Oh, by they way, owning investment real estate is a business.Here's my not meant to be a political statement, statement:  We are entering a new Golden Age of Opportunity for Business. 

But now that I've given notice that I'm switching this month, the old PM is outright refusing to send the ex-tenants to collections as they are "no longer under contract, our partnership is considered terminated and we are not able to represent you in any way."

I did post a seperate one but we are also currently looking into getting an All in One loan for a second home/investment property in Texas.

We are planning to finance with a second mortgage and will use the property on occasion but would also like to generate an income and/or offset the mortgage.

We are not allowed to solicit clients. 

Our pm keeps scaring us saying that the tenants might sue even though our attorney had said we are not negligent since we dealt with the problem when the tenants notified us or the pm.
