They seem to have a turn-key service option so you should be able to get a lot of information from them.

@Heather Bailey while I live in my duplex, I have a standard Hazard insurance policy and I also carry an additional 500k umbrella policy (optional); both policies cover the entire building, but there's no separating it. 

There are so many options for LVP now, from lower priced to higher.

You've done well with having options, now just need to decide and get on the same page. 

Typically these repairs are mostly cosmetics.

Then laws changed and SSN's became our IDs and we could no longer typically ask for them in my area as a landlord.
