Have you been dealing with any water leaks, drain issues, or delayed repairs?

Tarpon Springs is only about 35-45 minutes north of these areas and does not allow short-term rentals. 

Its possible she sees some kind of weakness there for her to exploit and is testing the waters of what she can get.
