We also added the tenant to the list so that she may contact the pest company any time in between so that they can come out and spray for free if anything reappears.

But they will actually do the dang research to accurately valuate your house, they charge more because they are taking their time and doing their jobs well, instead of just churning out cheap/shoddy spray-and-pray appraisals at the cyclic rate of fire of a light machine gun fired from the hip.

(Dadumdumdumdumdum)1)  Get a 1-3 gallon pump sprayer.2)  Fill it with bleach3)  Add one bottle of dawn dish detergent.When you pump the spray on the beams, the bleach kills the mold and the dish detergent holds it to the beam till the job is done.This is what FEMA prescribes, it does work, and best of all, it's cheap!!
