Getting Rid of Bad Smells on a first flip.

Hey Guys... first post! Glad to be here!

I just got my first deal-- a bank foreclosure townhouse in my hometown that I'm flipping.

The smell in that thing is unreal. I suspect its in the old vinyl flooring and walls. Any tips for getting rid of bad smells?

Thanks for all the help!
