Consider Additional IdeasWhen life starts to resemble pre-coronavirus times and it’s safe to do so, here are some not-so-socially distanced ideas you can use to welcome new neighbors and create a sense of community: Host a block party Invite the new neighbors over for dinner Arrange a playdate if you both have kids Take your dogs to the dog park together Invite them to your local clubs and sports meetings Offer to help unpack or move boxes Invite them to go with you to the park or beachIf you’re unsure of which direction to go in, think about what would make you feel welcome if you were moving into a new neighborhood.

To me, this is a team sport if you want to scale, even if your looking at 1-2 units or single family at first.

It has a major airport, lots of sports/activities, drivable to a beach or mountain on a Friday afternoon, strong rental and real estate market.

This industry seems to be a team sport in most aspects and would like to connect with others who have had some of the same success and struggles I've faced.

Reasons for leaving: high taxes, no affordable housing, my son is a D-1 scholar potential and he hasn't had a single sports season since last spring. 

I remember once on a flip show I was watching, the hosts figured out the ARV of their target property by bicycling around the neighborhood and chatting on their cell phones, staying hydrated sipping coconut water out of their trendy sports bottles.

I’m on my way out to my daughters basketball tournament but I will respond later. 

We are seeing higher occupancy for larger units (4,5,6+ bedrooms) because people travel in family groups & tournament groups & splitting costs on a larger unit.

Oftentimes people hire agents (real estate, entertainment, sports) so they dont have to deal with the process and the other party That said, you can certainly request the information, though its up to the seller or the seller's agent to give the OK.Regardless, if your agent ignores you, get another one.
