Hello, I'm James Glass and am fairly new to real estate investing. Born and raised here in Scott County, have currently 2 single family rental properties and looking to expand and grow. This industry seems to be a team sport in most aspects and would like to connect with others who have had some of the same success and struggles I've faced. You never know when you can help someone out or they can help you.  I've been educating myself for several years now and everyday you learn something new. I work full time and want to find better ways to rehab, rent, buy, and grow in this amazing Georgetown market.

I have reached out to join the Bluegrass REI group and plan to attend the meetings (first one one Feb. 8th) as well as joining here.

I'm excited to join the community and network with other investors to expand my knowledge and capabilities.
