I am a 18 year old in my last year of high school, for the past couple of months I've been gaining knowledge on whole sale real estate and I also have been taking a couple of the first steps to begin my career with wholesaling.

My house is in a very desirable Philly suburb - great schools, close to I-95, lots of Wall Street/LawFirm/ professional types. 

We became overleveraged with debt due to schooling and personal lifestyle, unfortunately.

I had started by focusing on areas in the West End (Short Pump, Tuckahoe Village, Wyndham, Innsbrook & Glen Allen etc) looking for properties in good school districts where I could focus on attracting young families, looking for good school districts that did not have the down payment to buy in to the neighborhoods. 

For instance, for school ratings, you'd look at greatschools.org, and for average days on market, you can use Rocket Homes. 

(I went to school outside of Nashville).

Some are considered more desirable to live in while some might have better schools.

I lived in palo Alto for years and when we would go to pot luck at the kids schools you should have seen the food.. at one point one of the teachers said there were 27 different nationalities ..

As a college athlete at a smaller D2 School in Georgia, there is a strong market for student housing that has yet to be met in my area.
