Hey bigger pockets community. I am a 18 year old in my last year of high school, for the past couple of months I've been gaining knowledge on whole sale real estate and I also have been taking a couple of the first steps to begin my career with wholesaling. I have a potential lead on a property in LA. But i have a couple questions. First off, how do i get the seller to sign the contract, by sending it through email or a certain website? Also, after making the deal, what are some other elements I need to take into consideration to be prepared? Other than finding a buyer.
