Its in the northern part of the state up in the pines.

Thanks for the replies guys.I had glued a 1/4 inch strip of white pine under the edge of the counter and sunk the dishwasher screws into that.

Are there any California buy and hold investors who invest in Frazier park at pine mountain club?

Same goes for the multi-families in the back of Savannah Pines, there is always a unit or two for sale, but the people I have talked to who have looked at them state the quality is not there, especially for the prices they want.

@Ukiah Austin I've been working with my sister who is based out of Ocean Pines, but does work in Salisbury, Snow Hill, and surrounding areas.  

If I am correct this is the Pine rd duplex. 3bed 2 bath would rent for 1800 up to 2000 depending on how much renovation there is.
