I also sort of duplicated this spreadsheet on my own MS Access software a few weeks ago and I give the software away for free, but since I was not enchanted with syndicating I deleted all the files for syndicating from the current version of my software, but I have backups of my software and since someone (you) have interest in syndicating it will take me a few hours to put the syndicating back on my software.If you go to bestlineplumbing.com, scroll down the home page (way down!)

Interested to hear your thoughts. https://www.moneysourceamerica...Go to Civic Financial Group.. scroll down to the bottom of their website  See all their licenses prominently displayed this is a for real lender.Now some states don't require licenses for Commercial fix and flip loans on 1 to 4 units.. but  as i said  CA NV OR certainly does.. so for that lender to say they lend there is something to check into..

As stated above, you do have to sift through many who are full of it, by having a simple conversation with them, you'll typically be able to find out who's real and not.I've been utilizing FB groups as a resource as a wholesaler to connect with cash buyers and other serious wholesalers to build up my network to get my deals in front of more eyes that I wouldn't be able to do on my own otherwise.It is a double edge sword, you can use it for good or for mind numbing scrolling, best of luck!

the Pinellas County Property Appraiser's Office website makes it easy to check your flood zone. use the Quick Search for your property's address, click search, scroll down to Miscellaneous Parcel Info, and the Evacuation Zone is listed. next to it is the Flood Zone, with a link to the flood map. use the +/- buttons on the map to find the Flood Zones (for example, Zone X, Zone AE 11, etc). this map was updated last year with the most updated Flood Zones based on FEMA LIDAR mapping. https://www.pcpao.gov/this only lists the Flood Zone for the property.

The face to face interaction will stop more people in the scroll because it looks less like the traditional ads they are seeing every 3 posts which gives you a few extra seconds to win them over with some copy and see how long you can keep them engaged.The reason why I see campaigns on Facebook so great for Real Estate Investors is because of the Reach factor & the Retargeting.
