I booked an August 18 flight from Miami to Dallas, arriving 9am.

I'm a Flight Attendant so I can relocate for my hack.

I actually just got through 2 days of flights and layovers to come home for a visit - so I unfortunately missed it/will miss it.

I paid 24k cash plus the 10k in rehab/flights and my time.

The previous owner was a flight attendant and was barely home so the property is in Excellent condition and I mean Like new.

Just as accessible via a good PM and quick flight out.

Downside, needs new porch, flight of stairs to get to the porch, and needs new electrical (still uses knob and tube).

There is a great draw of young military members who travel to Pensacola for flight school right after college. 

I love aviation, so if I can utilize my real estate to sustain my day-to-day living and fly charters or ferry flights for fun, I'll take that path all day!  

If you are looking at a business then I say do not.We had a situation where the association (The business arm of the club) was asked to donate to honor flight because they flew one of our members.
