DFW Dallas Fort Worth Short-term Rental (Meetups!)

Hi BP!

My name is Jason, 25 years old, currently residing in Miami, FL. I was relocated here due to my job and came across some short term rental experience. I used Airbnb to rent out one of my two bedrooms, and it actually reduced my rent by half every month (I LOVE IT). 

I'm currently looking into the Dallas area (downtown Dallas near the airport), with a $80-100 rental price per day, 50% vacancy rate, the math provide solid ROI for houses under $100K.

I just want to connect to people with similar experience or any other experience in buy and hold properties. I'm planning to fly over around mid-August, hopefully, to meet some people and get to know about the local market. 

Please let me know if anyone is interested in grabbing coffee, lunch, dinner, etc.
