However, there is a learning curve to it and as @Jonathan Greene said, it's really all about the relationship you have with people, or else you can generate as much inquiries as you want but you will never have the kind of business you desire. 

@Theresa Harris - we have a ton of inquiries, but when I send my basic 3 questions, ie 3x's income, credit score and criminal/credit check for everyone over 18+ I get cricketts back.
