Naca Wondering
Hello everyone.
I've been reading here allot and it's time to ask my first q :)
I was reading about the NACA 0% down program for first time home owners and was wondering if I can do that with triplexes for example.
So I would buy a triplex and live in one unit and rent the other two to pay my fees? is it possible with NACA or just with all other options I've read about like FHA and so on?
Also, if anyone did a NACA loan can you tell your story such as what did you buy and how is the process and how long does it take and what you need to show them?
Thanks in advance people :)

Thank you and good to know.
I Think even with a family the logic thing to do is live in a 2-3-4 plex for a few years till the financial situation of the family is much better and then maybe refinance and move to a single family house and rent the unit the family has left to collect more rent.
But hey, logic doesn't always comes first when it comes to investments otherwise we were all be rich :)
