And don't forget about the "danger zone" that was Dowd Street / Gray Street. 

It seems like a bit of a gray area.SECOND ASSISTANCE ANIMAL: For this individual, the disability has already been established.

Gray areas that later get to be black and white thru the courts and you usually don't like the results.

Depending on your budget, Grays Ferry could be an interesting option for you too. 

For example if a company like American Homes 4 Rent bought 200 properties in each market and they only bought 3 bedroom 2 bath houses built 1990 or newer, had the exact same tenant screening criteria, had 100% consistent finishes in there houses (like every house has central air, stainless steel appliances, gray paint, etc).

Plus, I can always go to the HD and give them the paint code and have never had an issue with paint patches not blending in, even on paint many years old.I have currently have 10 units, and only use 4 different paints (2 wall colors [1 beige and 1 gray depending on the house], 1 trim and 1 ceiling).  

Our bedroom has a light gray color with a dark gray accent wall, one of the bedrooms is light blue, another is an avacado green, and our kitchen is a neutral purple with a yellow accent wall.I probably would paint the lime green room either way, but I'm torn on whwther or not to leave the light blue amd accent walls.
