Good afternoon BP Community. Curious if anybody has had any experience with cash out refinance or any experience with Athas Capital? I have a 2 Family House in Staten Island looking to use them on. Or does anybody else recommend a direct lender offering 30 year fixed program in LLC? Thanks in advance for all the support.
