But to each their own :) Most don't on here so you are in quantity company. 

Continue to live below your means, save your money, invest in RE wisely, grow your RE IQ, build your network and team and focus on quality not quantity.

Quantity not quality...or maybe it's stalking. 

B class off market rentals with distresed sellers will result in a lot different quantity than buying turkey, sorry, 'turnkey' OOS at full retail or buying A class off the MLS vs d class hood junkers.  

Most of the time when you order from a hotel linen provider, you have to buy in large quantity.

The most fundamental problem is that it promotes quantity over quality.

These are very light weight, pack easy and have awesome caloric quantity vs. their volume they take up.

It seems like this thread can be summarized this statement "Do I want quality or quantity?" 

. • Stable or increasing job quantity and quality - The value of a property is no better than the jobs around it.

We chose Memphis as it fit our needs for cashflow and opportunity to purchase higher quantity.
