Not very common until this new green revolution. 

Simply put, go where there is green pastures to till. 

You've got a lot of green/granola/alternative types and type stuff and stores and restaurants, and you've got a lot of downsides to that -- homelessness, anti-government/anti-vaxxers/homeopathic types.

I've been steeped in the cash flow is King methodology, but I must admit there is a new way of thinking going around. folks like David Greene are pushing that buying real estate is for long term wealth primarily, not cash flow.

The seeing Greene or ask David Greene episodes are truly interesting even when they have nothing to do with the situation you are in.

looking to meet others involved in the Green Healthy home certification process I see i can get up to $6300 per multi Family property reimbursed to be Green Heathy Home certified and know Rents are higher in certified buildings. spending a little to improve properties seems to generate  30%  Instant appreciation  so let's meet up it's time to rebuild. connect and suggest times to meet or just Zoom?
