Does anyone have referrals to residential cleaning services that cover South Tampa, ESPECIALLY if they are experienced in non-toxic cleaning since I'm house hacking my home?

I have been doing research(and will do a lot more here on biggerpocket now) but since I'm not familiar with US real estate and the ways to go I Thought I would ask you experienced guys for some thoughts and advice. 

I've seen a lot of growth in Columbus, both in property values and job opportunities—something I've experienced firsthand. 

Is there any experienced investor / mentor I can talk to, or any source of information you recommend for people like me? 

I think it would be wise to consider starting a new non-broker MD business and keep it separate from your FL Broker Business.Make it clear that you're not licensed in MD and cite the exception for property management in all documents.Get County specific MD lease agreements and property management agreements.Find an experienced MD attorney if you need any additional help
