It will take work, it will take time, you will have problems (most of them will be in the first year and some may even be big), but don't let it shake you and if you continue with the same enthusiasm that you have now, you will never regret it.Good luck!

You'll see a lot of people here trying to jump in once they've saved $10k in total, but then the enthusiasm for getting started, coupled with their limited budget, often leads to less-than-ideal investment decisions, or settling for a high-risk asset just because the price is right.

I can vouch for their knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm.

I love how much enthusiasm and ambition you have to continue.

Long Story Short...Slow Down, set a specific plan in place, devise and implement a process, work out the kinks before you let the enthusiasm take over the thought process.

In a way it's just human nature to doubt anything that's either new to you, runs against your training/experience or "sounds too good to be true".Most of the folks around you won't share your enthusiasm.
